(Q) How do we handle the Executive/Assistant scenario?
(A) Options are -
VOIP phone on each desk.
VOIP phone on assistants desk only and tranfers or conferences calls to executive.

Executive VoIP phone auto forwards all calls to the executive's land line.

(Q) What are long distance rates?
(A) 3.5 cents a minute. Rates are subject to change. Please check your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

(Q) What does it cost to call between extensions?
(A) Nothing, its FREE.

(Q) Can I just plug in the phone and use it out of the box?
(A) Yes, provided your location has been pre-qualified to have the minimum bandwidth required and your network ports are open.

(Q) How much bandwidth do I need?
(A) This depends on your usage pattern. The bare minimum is 150kbps up/down.

(Q) What equipment do I need?
(A) Just the phone we provide as part of the service fee.

(Q) How soon can I have this operational?
(A) In under 2 weeks you will have the phones and service delivered to the location you specify in your MSA. It is your responsibility to disburse the phones to your other locations.

(Q) Can I use it overseas?
(A) Yes.

(Q) What do I need to make it work?
(A) Broadband/Internet.

(Q) What are Key Features?

(Q) Am I locked into a Long Term Agreement?
(A) No. This is a month to month agreement with the first month's service fee collected in advance.
